CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: • A 50% non-refundable deposit fee is required upon booking, which will be credited towards your service upon arrival. If cancellation occurs without a minimum 48-hour notice, the deposit will be forfeited. • In the event of a no-show, a No-show fee equivalent to 100% of the service cost will be charged. Clients must settle this fee before rescheduling another appointment. • A 15-minute grace period is granted for appointments. If beyond this timeframe, and if insufficient time remains to complete the requested services, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment.
